Tour de Pink is back! While the three-day ride is now a one-day ride as the organization rebuilds post-COVID, I have again committed to joining my team along the coast of California.

The YSC Tour de Pink Lisa J. Frank Memorial Ride is October 23 in Ventura, California. I have committed to the 62-mile route. I hope I can count on you to help me reach my fundraising goal. Any amount helps!

Most of you know that cancer hit close to home for me. I was diagnosed in 2009 at age 38 with stage II triple negative breast cancer. Over the course of nine months, I underwent surgery, chemo, and radiation in hopes of eliminating the disease. I am lucky to have had no recurrence and no long-term complications from my ordeal. I had amazing medical care, along with the support of family and friends along the way. During treatment, I joined the Young Survival Coalition, where I met many other young women facing the same battle.

YSC is the largest nonprofit dedicated exclusively to young adults diagnosed with breast cancer age 40 and under and their co-survivor support networks. Through educational resources and programming, annual conferences, and local and online support networks, YSC ensures no young adult faces breast cancer alone. For more information, visit

This October, I will ride for YSC, and for all the other women affected by breast cancer.

Thank you in advance for your support. I truly appreciate your generosity.
